AYURVEDIC HERBAL SOAP
NOAC is a small producer of fine handcrafted Ayurvedic herbal products: Herbal Soaps. Our 'Herbveda' soap is a 100% Vegetable based Natural Soap. Most of the ingredients are derived from plant (Especially Herb) base.

This soap has been produced in the traditional Ayurvedic (Ayurved is the unique method for the treatment as alternative of medical science) principle along with combination of the Himalayan Herbal series.

Production of Herbveda Soap:

Soap making is an ancient art, but a new art for the people of the Himalayas. Our soap has produce in the traditional Ayurvedic principle along with combination of Himalayan Herbals extracts.
Here in rural Nepal, soap not (Soapberry) and other herbs rich in saponin are traditionally used for cleansing. Not only this, most of the colorant of this soap such as: Neem, Titepati, Churee, Coconut, Almond, Lemon, Turmeric, Emblica mibron etc. have been traditionally used to benefit the skin and hair.
NOAC uses only natural ingredients, so our soaps do not leave any chemical residues to the skin. Commercially milled (Powered) soap is often harder than cold-process soap, but the milling process removes glycerin, where the glycerin is natural moisturizer that is created when soap is made. Glycerin contain within Natural oil base of this soap hasn't been separated at the time of purifying which is very necessary to the skin softness. It means we prefer to retain the natural glycerin in our soap. And the use of pure essential oils instead of synthetic scents means that our soap fragrances do not remain on the skin.
All soap is made by a chemical reaction between an acid (NOAC uses vegetable oils as our acid) and a base (a solution of sodium hydroxide and water, also called lye), to produce soap and glycerin. A variety of different processes can be used to make soap, but all NOAC soap is handmade using the traditional cold-process method. In this technique, when the heated vegetable oils are mixed with the lye solution, only the heat of the reaction (without addition of any external heat) drives the soap making process forward. To ensure purity and quality we make our soaps in small batches using the finest blends of oils and natural botanicals. After curing the soaps for at least one month, we cut and label them by hand
